Education Day

Education Day welcomes local students to Lewis & Clark State Historic Site for a day of hands-on history. Between 500-700 4th-grade students hear from military reenactors, living history presenters, historic artisans, and other presenters as they engage the Lewis & Clark story and learn about life in early Illinois. This event is made possible every year with the support of the Lewis and Clark Society of America and the Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery.
